A Day Long Retreat in May!

I am so thrilled to announce this retreat happening in May in Woodstock, NY! A day long bath house retreat with private steam and Shiatsu treatment. You can shed your daily weights and melt your worries away at this small group retreat in the secluded nature. We will hold the space that is open, safe, warm, tender, nourishing, and dreamy so that you can have a most restful and healing day.

The day will include: 

+ communal care, ritual & somatic practice in a sacred space

+ an opportunity to check-in and be witnessed in circle

+ use of the “bath house facilities” including a wood-burning hot tub, barrel sauna & cold-dipping pool

+ a private 40 minute steam session with Fukiko of PocaPoca

+ a private 25 minute shiatsu session with Alexandria of Liminal Bodywork 

+ ample time to rest, dream & relax outdoors or in a beautiful temple space with a body-oiling station, bio mats & more

+ a nourishing lunch, herbal tea station & snack spreads

+ a grounding anointing ritual
